Estate Management

Sunlit footpath amongst protected trees at Cholsey Meadows

Cholsey Meadows is a riverside site of houses and apartments set in 100 acres of parkland on the edge of Cholsey village. The Grade II listed Fairmile is the old name for the elegant main Victorian building. Carefully laid out land surrounds the properties and enables residents to fully enjoy all amenities.

The complex nature of where we live requires close collaboration between many stakeholders. All these organisations play a part in the successful management of our beautiful homes.

The Board is made up of volunteers, all of whom are property owners on the development.  Their aim is to work with FirstPort and all stakeholders to manage and maintain the estate in all its complexities for the benefit of all.  They hold regular Board meetings to ensure the smooth running of the site, take care of problems raised and arrange the maintenance and renewal of all parts of the development.
