FirstPort manages the maintenance of estate grounds and shared facilities and deals with unit holders’ service charge. Our Property Manager carries out regular site inspections to identify required works and to assess progress of active projects.

In March 2022, FirstPort released a survey that explores the role of a Resident Director, and what the future may hold.
FirstPort’s remit does not include the Fairmile Building, which is subject to a separate service charge and is managed by Common Ground Estate and Property Management.
FirstPort representatives join CMMC Board meetings to provide property management updates and financial updates, as well as to discuss issues arising and resolution plans.

For Out of Hours support, please call 01455 247 412. The team triage all issues reported and pass to FirstPort’s Progression Team, who decide on the severity of the issue.
If it’s an Emergency, they will instruct accordingly, ensuring access etc is available and if an Engineer needs to attend.
If the issue isn’t an Emergency, the team will advise you and refer the issue back to the main office.
