The creation of a Management Company is common practice in most housing developments. CMMC was established in May 2011 when the Cholsey Meadows Development began. Initially the Directors came from Linden and Thomas Homes. In 2015 (July and October) letters were sent to all residents asking for volunteers or nominations for Resident Director posts on the CMMC Board. As a result of this 12 Resident Directors were appointed and 3 Linden Directors remained on the Board. Subsequently 3 Resident Directors have stepped down for personal reasons and so the CMMC Board today consists of 9 Resident Directors and 3 Developer Directors (two from Linden and one from Thomas Homes).
