The purpose of CMMC is to ensure that Cholsey Meadows remains an enjoyable and pleasant place to live, through oversight and guidance (financial and operational) of the managing agent(s) and ensuring the development is managed as per the terms of the TP1 Agreements signed between the Developers and all legal owners of leasehold and freehold properties.
