Only members of the Company (i.e legal owners of property on Cholsey Meadows) can become a Director of CMMC.
Anybody interested in becoming a Director must be willing to act in the interests of the development as a whole and to work within the framework laid out by the Articles of Association. They must also be willing to accept the personal liability risk that comes with being a Director of any Company.
Anyone who wishes to volunteer as a Director on that basis should seek endorsement from another member as seconder and forward their nomination, ideally together with a short CV to board@cholseymeadows.org.
Directors may also apply for election/re-election at an Annual General Meeting of the Company.
