How are the Directors appointed?

Directors are selected based upon their willingness to serve and comply with the terms of the Articles of Association as well as their professional knowledge and experience in a variety of public, private and charitable fields. As far as possible the mix of Directors seek to draw from all areas of the site to give good coverage.

All Director appointments are subject to either agreement by the current Directors or an Ordinary Motion passed at a general meeting of the Company.

The current Resident Directors were appointed based up their willingness to volunteer (and be seconded) in response to letters sent out by Pentland to all residents in 2015 (July and October)
