Whilst a number of snagging issues remained around the site that Linden Homes (now Bovis Homes) needed to resolve, the CMMC Board was not willing to accept full handover of the site. We could not reasonably accept handover before these were resolved because it would have meant our service charge would have had to take the impact of costs to fix the issues.
We could not hold an AGM until the handover was complete – this happened in 2020 and the first AGM was held via Webinar on 10th November 2020 at 19.00.
