A company AGM has prescribed content and format, often including acceptance of annual accounts and Board Directors elections.
The 2009 Companies Act does not require a company the size of Cholsey Meadows Management Company to hold an AGM. However, we recognise it is good practice to do so.
We held our first AGM on 10th November 2020, and the second AGM was held on 18th November 2021. Due to the confidentiality of some content, documents are only available on FirstPort’s MyHome website.
