How Can We Help?
Since the current Board structure was adopted early in 2016 we have been involved in a wide variety of actions – many of them invisible to most residents since they have been directed at solving “behind the scenes” problems:
- Progressing full handover from Linden once this is completed, we will be able to call a full EGM / AGM
- Improved transparency and communication
- Reviewing the gardening contract to ensure it still meets our needs and delivers value for money
- Working closely with FirstPort to collate large and small jobs needed around the development; FirstPort carry projects out in batches to keep costs down
- Continuing to maintain open areas and common parts of the site in good condition and, budget-permitting, improve them
- Building closer relationships with all stakeholders
- Improving the visibility and lighting of signage at entrances and at key parts of the site
- Improve the parking situation – both short and long term
- Better signage and speed warnings
