CMMC is a private company limited by guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006, whose Members comprise all legal owners of leasehold and freehold properties on the Cholsey Meadows development. The purpose, powers, responsibilities and operating procedures for the Company are laid out in the Articles of Association of CMMC.
