As you are aware there has been stockpiling of toilet rolls which, in some cases, has resulted in individuals using other options such as kitchen towels and baby wipes.
Hopefully this is not a practice on the development as these items stick together and block pipes and pumps, which can lead to flooding and overflow. The attached leaflet that Cleaver shared with the residents of Fairmile outlines the 10 items never to be flushed down the toilet and 10 things not to put down the drain.
Please help keep our drains and pipes working – especially during the current situation we all find ourselves in.
