Every unit holder (property owner) is a member of CMMC, which means that any unit holder can become a Director.
The Board exists to ensure financial and operational oversight and guidance of the Managing Agent (currently FirstPort) and to ensure Cholsey Meadows is managed as per the terms of all unit holders’ legal transfer documents.
To deliver this purpose, we focus on Landscaping and Maintenance, Finance and Budget Management, Communications and Engagement, Governance and Compliance and Digital Infrastructure.
The scope of our remit, and therefore also FirstPort’s remit, covers all common areas and the structure of the Linden Homes apartment block
